Get connected with a lender that works well with you and determine a reasonable purchase price and monthly payment that works for you financial goals. We have a few trusted lender resources to share. Generally, a maximum of 1/3 of your monthly budget makes for a reasonable monthly payment. We will work with you and your lender to pull all the pieces together. This will enable us to move forward with confidence and without delay.

MORTGAGE LOAN

Begin working with your lender and our team to determine the best loan options for your circumstances.

  • What type of loan best suites your needs?

  • How much will be required for a down payment?

  • How much should you anticipate for closing costs?

PURCHASE CONTRACT - understanding the terms of your offer

In general, be sure that the contract allows you to arrange financing, inspect the home and negotiate any problems that may be found. In some cases, writing the most competitive offer may be an important goal.

HOME INSPECTION

Get home inspected prior to purchasing. There are many options for a home inspector. We can offer some tested resources for you consider. Do your best to make sure your money is being well spent and avoid surprises after closing.
