So Duane,

Your clients all have unique visions. Some of the deals you assist are commercial, some are residential. Sometimes you represent the buyer, sometimes the seller, and sometimes both. They all have different needs. How did you meet your client’s needs in this particular transaction?

“This is a space in the back of the building on the main level that I had listed and am now coordinating the lease by a local attorney.

I coordinated with the design firm to create the drawings based on the tenant’s criteria. I sourced 3 contractors, created an RFQ for contractor pricing and reviewed bids.

The tenant and owner agreed on the contractor and we were off to the races. I assisted the owner with creating the lease and coordinating plans, permits and finishes. “
